Women Against Violent Encounters

A women's-only self-defense workshop founded in 1997 by Professors Mark and Elizabeth Casey, taught around the country, and kept current with real-world threats.
What it is
W.A.V.E. teaches awareness, avoidance, and physical responses that work regardless of size or strength. It's led by Professor Elizabeth Casey, the highest-ranking woman in Kajukenbo Tum Pai under her lineage, and it's an ally of the NO MORE movement against domestic and sexual violence.
Workshops run as scheduled public sessions at the school and as private seminars for your group: churches, workplaces, sororities, sports teams, mother-daughter groups, HOAs, and more.
